Vision and connection to the gun are always front and center however with today's session the specific focus was on collecting alphas. One thing I've been working hard on is visual patience. Not to be confused with slowing down. It's the patience to wait for the dot to arrive at my focal point where my eyes are already locked into. That visual patience and visual precision to collect the alphas.

Too often the "feeling" of going slow gets the best of me and I wind up with unnecessary charlies. In this video I picked my spot and forced patience. The result was alphas while actually cutting my time down. Feelings don't matter. The numbers and target don't lie. Pushing on demand performance and aggressive accountable shooting always.
