EDC cold start
Took advantage of working from concealment running an aggressive, full accountability EDC-focused exercise for a cold start and then continued running it for a few iterations to work on visual patience and visual precision at speed. Something I've been dedicating alot of time to and am working to refine. Feelings don't factor into it. The numbers and target give you the facts of where your skill set is. Forcing patience decreased my time and gave me better results downrange.
Aggressive shooting with accountability. We need both regardless of context but with certainty for EDC. Fast and accurate has no downside. It is a skill that must be developed through an understanding of visual cues, connection, experience, and pressure testing in various forms i.e. matches, cold starts, validation on the timer and target in personal training etc.
