What to expect
Combine shooting with dynamic, aggressive movement. You’ll get lots of reps running scrambler exercises that will test all the fundamentals. Utilizing agility poles, you’ll develop your ability to shoot on the move and while transitioning into and out of different positions, at speed and with accountability. You’ll work on:
Forward burst movement
Retreating movement
Lateral burst movement
Techniques for moving up range with the gun
Gear list
Semi Auto Pistol
Holster molded to make and model of your gun, AIWB, IWB, OWB, competition or battle belts. No soft-side holsters permitted.
3 magazines minimum
1 magazine pouch
300 rounds of ammo
Eye and ear protection
Pants or shorts with a proper gun belt (no sweatpants)
