Designated target
Personal training day.
Designated target setup with the head box as the DT, couple of staggered targets, and some wide transitions. Distances ranged from 5 to 12 yds. Added in some doubles out to 15 yds and some aggressive and accountable 25 yd work to round out the day. Climbed a rung on the personal improvement ladder with some exploratory grip pressure changes that have produced consistent solid results.
